A Few Of My Favorite Things

Here are a few of my favorite things!!
1. I love waiting for my son to get up every morning and give me hug. It is tradition. Every morning when he gets up he comes to find me and gives me a hug. It's the greatest way to start the day!
2. Pride and Prejudice is my favorite movie. I have seen the BBC version, as well as the new movie release. They are all great.
3. I love making things. I love to sew, knit, stamp, or anything I can make to give away.
4. I looooove hot chocolate. There is never enough!!!
5. I love having my family together. Growing up, my father was away all the time (military trips). I like that my husband is home with us to help in creating wonderful memories.

I love hot chocolate too--Just yesterday I discovered at Walmart that Swiss Miss has a new one called "Pick Me Up" it contains the same amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee and has some added calcium--I am not a coffee drinker--I often drink tea or cocoa in the morning, so I thought thie would be good on the days I am struggling to wake up!
One of my memories of childhood is my Mom making homemade hot cocoa on Christmas Eve. Every now and then, I'll make homemade hot cocoa for my family although I haven't made it in awhile. Milk is so expensive!
