I am in major slow motion today. This tells me my 'Special Friend' will be here today or tomorrow. I can't complain. God gave me a beautiful boy 7 years ago, so I thank him for creating the whole menstrual process. A few months ago I read somewhere that caffeine can give some women bad menstrual cramps. I had these for about 20 years but no one ever said to stop the caffeine. They just said take a Midol. I have since stopped drinking caffeine (I now drink decaf coffee!) and my cramps have disappeared! I still get tired, so I am going to start taking more Iron, and some other energy boosting vitamins.
Anyway, I am going to try to get my chores done this morning ,and then take a short nap. If I don't I will just get cranky, and that won't be good for anyone! And my husband is so good about giving me time to rest during this time of the month. He gladly takes my son out, or they watch movies/play video games so I can have some peace and rest.

✔School 9am -1pm
✔Make Lunch: PB&J
✔Chores
✔Dinner: Pancakes....my husband has a meeting, so I thought of having a fun dinner for my son! ✔Wash Dishes & Pots
Shower and Pass Out in Bed at 10:00pm..this may be 9:00 tonight!
