Day 3 - Power 90 weight Loss Challenge

Day 3 Journal

Today my son woke me up at 5:50 am with the sniffles. I did not get to work out this morning since I was caring for him. I wasn't sure I was even going to do it today. Then the little voice in my head said " Your son is playing a game on the computer...now is a good time!". So, I just worked out at....6:15pm. I did 4 of the 5 sets today (25 minutes). I am so proud of myself! I know I will feel the burn in the morning though!!

No weight change yet. I didn't expect any..it's only been 2.5 days!

What I have been eating today:

Breakfast - 1 cup oatmeal with brown sugar (I forgot how good oatmeal was!!)
Snack - 8 Ritz crackers
Lunch - 1/2 a can of Campbells Healthy Request Chicken Soup (no noodles, but lots of veggies!)
Snack - 3 Keebler chocolate chip cookies ( I know....I shouldn't have!!!)
Dinner - 1 egg sandwich ( 2 eggs over easy, pepper, miracle whip, and 2 slices of toast)
Snack - I'm not sure I will be awake long enough for a snack! If I do it will be sunflower seeds

What I have been drinking today:

2 cups of decaf tea with breakfast
1 can of Mug Rootbear with lunch
2 glasses of water after working out
2 glasses of water before bed

If off to take a shower and rest my poor legs!! They worked really hard today!
