Happy November!
I love fall with all it's orange and burgundy colors. I also love that it is a cool 70 degrees!
I spent this morning at my son's football game, and then we went to the library and grocery store.
I purchased the entire months worth of groceries (minus the milk and eggs). The total came to $147.06!! I will then go to the store on Sundays after church for milk and sandwich bread. That will be about $6 a week. It was so nice getting it all done in one trip, and it only took me 1 hour to do it (I made a list before I went!).
The rest of the day has been filled with lots of work:
cleaned puppies crate (he still can't be trusted when we leave the house)
organized newspapers for recycle
vacuumed house
vacuumed all baseboards
cleaned out fridge
made orange jello with pineapple wedges for desert ( it's hard getting them to stay in place!)
cooked spaghetti for dinner
sorted and soaked pinto beans for tomorrows dinner ( I had to get out all the little rocks and broken beans that end up in the bag!)
loaded dishwasher....unloaded dishwasher....loaded dishwasher!
I am now going to go take a shower and curl up with a good book. Then I might watch a movie and go to bed early.
Have a great day!
