The Sewing Room....

I have enlisted my sewing machine in helping me make Valentine gifts! He's had 2 weeks off after his overtime at Christmas! I should give him a raise.....some nice new needles should do! ;-)
Anyway, some of you have asked to see pictures of some of the things I'm making for the day of pink and red hearts! Here you go....(I'm still working on other things, so I will post pictures when they are completed)......


These are my pink cat lavender sachets. Aren't they cute! They all have the pink cat fabric on the front and black with dots on the back. They will be tied with a ribbon.



The red hearts are cute too. They all have the heart fabric on the front and the black with white dots on the back. I have some pretty sheer black ribbon to tie these together.

Hope you like them! They are simple yet very nice gifts. My family loves to get home made gifts from me. They look forward to what they will get on Valentines, birthdays, and Christmas. I am always trying to give them something different, but something I know they will enjoy and use. Some of my relatives like to put these sachets in clothes drawers, linen closets, and around the house. So, these make a very easy and inexpensive gift to give.
