Good Morning All!! DIET
I am well on my way to becoming a carrot!! I have given myself permission to eat carrots and celery whenever I get hungry. Lets just say I'm eating a lot of them!!
I have been eating smaller meals for lunch and dinner. I have also decided to start working out to the fitness channel on TV. It's a channel we already get, so I don't have to go out and buy a fitness DVD. So, I get to save money and lose weight at the same time!!
I have decided to weigh myself on Fridays and see how I do. I am not so much looking for inch's as much as I am the actual pounds.
I start my exercise routine today and will post my weigh in Friday evening!
