YYYAAAHHH!!! I Lost Weight!

Ok, this week was hard. I ate smaller meals, snacked on veggies & fruit, and did a little exercise. There were times I thought I was going to break down and eat the container of chocolate frosting in the pantry. But no, I sacrificed and made it through this week. I even took my son to Burger King and forced myself to order a Side Salad with a Root Beer. They have those yummy pictures of burgers on the menu that were calling my name. I told myself no and stood strong.

So, I weighed myself this evening. I am so happy. Want to know how much I lost??????

3 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so excited!! I didn't think it was possible.

Anyway, I will continue my plan and try to lose the rest.

16 pounds to go!!!!!
